Messages I hear from our leadership is about winning in the market with consumers and growth while balancing personal growth. This system in place is a reason to stay. My former employer did not talk about winning in the market and focused most time on no-value add activities in communications.

Service to the FAN the consumer centric nature of our work and seeing our products on people and at the stores. Brand recognition with my bubble of people I know is extremely high and positive. One friend stated "I love Fanatics." Unfortunately this person was a Notre Dame fan.
