I am so overworked that I do not feel like I can give 100% to all of my responsibilities. I am spread way too thin. I love what I do at Fanatics which keeps me around but its hard not to get burnt out. We really need to focus our efforts on growing internal employees and making them feel valued.

I think the biggest issue we have right now is headcount. We are all drowning it work and continued to ask take on more with accelerated and overlapping deadlines. Its not rare for me to work from 8am-10pm

We feel undervalued because our merit increases are not based off of the work we do. Hard work has not been recognized here. Our salaries are >$20k less than similar roles in this industry. Tampa/St Pete prices are through the roof along with inflation and our salaries were only adjusted 2%
