I think the current team does care about the team members and wants the best for them and has stepped up to make things more comfortable and welcoming. Doug, Chris, Gayle, etc are transparent and honest with us

I think that across the board, our benefits are pretty decent. I do like adding some of the nice perks like gym memberships, WW membership are a really nice touch to invest in the health and welfare of employees. As we make the push to an equity event, more options would be great
