overall they are open to discuss anything. Issues I have is follow through. Hard to get answers on some things in a timely manner, especially in regards to merchandise

I appreciate the health savings account and they options for other benefits. Would be nice is deductible would be less with a little less out of pocket throughout the month. I am working so much that I don't have time to see a doctor throughout the day so if i need to be seen it is urgent care
