I'm a remote employee to the Boulder Tech center. So my days are spent mostly developing code and interfacing with team members via Slack or Bluejeans. I visit the Boulder office for a week every 4 -6 weeks. So I do get some face to face time with the team and participate in team social events.

Its diverse, but everyone is engaged and brings different capabilities to the table. The team is good at understanding what the requirements are for Sprints and Stories and will spend the time needed to get the details in planning meetings.
