
Rather than solely relying on SOPs, the team needs to better training. But this comes from the top down. Managers have no knowledge and are not able to give any help or feedback.

This comes from the top down. There is a culture of chaos. There is zero mentorship and really no one you can turn to. You would hope that your manager would be able to provide guidance and help when it's needed, but when your manager has no idea what you do on a daily basis.
