Working more as a team/ processes are extremely divided, departments lack the opportunity to create inclusion across all business channels and there is no clear effort made. Because many processes differentiate from team to team its often hard to seek support.

Little to no direction from leadership on how and where you can grow you career. Positive feedback on performance lacks action from leadership and often times missed opportunity by direct managers on presenting what opportunities exist for growth. No room at the table for representation
