Horrible, I really learned how people are. The top dog will always have some type of twisted power they use again their employees. But favoritism and daily conflict is not okay.

The managers gossip with one another about their employees and each other. They use passive aggression instead of professionalism, always. Many different coworker relationships. Managers are dating cooks, servers dating other servers. And they were hired as so, my work ethic was destroyed here.

Favoritism between employees, managers using passive aggression as a way to try and solve things with customers and employees. It’s impossible to do anything here. I would like the managers to be more available and asking for change not being the most stressful
