It's been an OK experience, but it hasn't wowed me yet. While everyone at my individual contributor level has been nice and supportive, it seems what trickles down from leadership is a bit of toxicity driven by strong personalities and sometimes unrealistic expectations.

I get the impression that there is little tolerance for differences of opinion, and that leadership needs to be navigated rather than being approached thoughtfully. I've seen a reactive tone from some leaders, which has led to finger-pointing. I would like to see support for more diverse opinions.

I would like to see more openness from leadership, as well as expectations that are more realistic. Everything operates at such a frenetic level - which I'm used to at tech companies - but there doesn't seem to be a handle on what's truly urgent vs. what is actually a priority.
