
Middle management needs to be improved. I've seen people get forced out while hitting their numbers and it's sad. A lack of consistency and support while in the role is nonexistent.

Transparency and consistency. Things are too wishy washy here and political. People only get moved up from being buddy-buddy with their managers. And in fact, it doesn't seam like their is that much upward mobility in general from my point of view.
