Hire more full-time employees, treat the current employees as human beings not robots. Focus on their development and you will be able to retain the best employees.
Very easy going, two part interview. First the phone interview, I was asked about what would I do in certain situations. In-person interview had more in-depth questions.
Hire more as we are extremely short-staffed. Involve the department managers in the hiring process as they know what they actually need. Update the Job description, you are using very old description. Train the managers to lead the team as a whole NOT just the individuals.
