Unrealistic demand. Work hours are 8-5 with a 1 hour lunch. I work 8-6, maybe taking 15 minutes of break in total and work continues to pile up as my teams' workload is dictated by the teams we support. I struggle to disconnect work from my personal life.

I don't have time to pay attention to anything other than my current work. I work through every executive update meeting therefore they should pay more attention to their numbers I mean workers rather than the hypothetical future.
