The quality of workers being hired are lazy. They want to stand around and collect a pay check. You may get one good worker out of 10. And then they quit because they work hard and end up doing most of the work.
Union contracts get more pitiful. Nice perks vanish for up and coming employees. There is no incentive to want to make a future with Kroger.Kroger needs to up the minimum wage to attract better employees. You are getting what you pay for, low quality help.
