The company continues to try to do more with less resources (people), at some point it will break

equity match or exceed inflation espp program refunding is odd, should give lowest price of the offering period

Technically skilled team with no attitude; team members are willing to share knowledge and are very understanding to other team members.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Company's base salaries are not competiive. Employee stock purchase plan does not give its employees a discount. Employees are not given equity.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Offer equity (RSU/Options/discounted ESPP) to employees. Provide more ways for technical staff to grow (there are only so many projects) Increase interaction between HR/Talent Development and managers (managers do not have a solid foundation of the talent development). Pay range transparency.
