BAYADA Home Health Care: The amazing leadership you see at the top at headquarters does not trickle down to the divisional or office level. We are routinely lacking leadership, structure, accountability across all positions, advancement, or even day to day director office operational plans. Turnover is high among office.
Regal Beloit: Very poor. They don't care about their employees
Edward Jones: EJ has done everything they promised me and more. A great place to work.
Dennys: 288 million. It's ridiculous every restaurant can't be in tip top shape with proper working equipment

Dillard's: When I worked at Dillard's you had to provide a doctor's excuse with the reason why you were sick in order to receive a "excused absence ". After working there for one year, you accumulated five days of vacation time. I received two pay cuts within a year. I resigned shortly thereafter.
IHOP: nothing at all they work hard
GameStop: Employees are expected to meet increasingly demanding goals while competing with the other stores in the district, and are compensated poorly for their time and effort. Policies are subject to the whims of management, and subordinates can make more per hour than their superiors

USAA: There are tons of leadership changes and my own role was transitioned in a reorganization very shortly after I started. While that has felt a bit chaotic, I really like the people I work with so far!

Brenntag: Like I previously stated, I love my job & what I do. I feel there are too many people that do not care about the job anymore. I would like to see mgmt somehow reassure the dedicated employees and also boost the moral overall!
Walmart: Everyone is friendly, understanding, and easy to talk to.
Brenntag: Once there is an actual leader and employee morale and negativity disappears, we can work towards a better goal. Negative people who complain all day should not be tolerated.
Brenntag: Things are very challenging at the moment with manpower, supply chain and delivery issues. We are not delivery goods on time and that is making us look bad. Also communication on deliveries is not very good causing lack of employee and customer confidence.
Evonik Corporation: The work is challenging but interesting. Benefits and compensation are fair, but could be improved.

Advocate Aurora Health: New manager of OR is over stepping her role and treating many unfairly and makes people feel attacked and not making fair assignments or proper lunch relief and acting as a bully.. numbers looking good on paper but everyone is quoting!!
