
Associates and their concerns need to be not only heard but addressed.
When I am able to feel welcomed within my store which is not very often.
I am ask to do tasks that do not fall under my job description if we are understaffed.
There needs to be less leniency within the hiring process: asking more situational questions and about previous employment.
Providing water and cup of noodles if needed for employees who cannot afford to bring food, which would not be necessary if employees were paid a living wage.
