Don't think it's anything wrong necessarily. The shift starts at 5am so evening time with the family is always cut short. but... those are the hours.
The employees. it usually is at good companies and this place is no different. Folks come ready to work and ready to help, whether it's a customer or fellow employee. I think it is well-fostered.
identifying and reducing the amount of re-work that happens in the store. With teams working around the clock, it's expected but the amount seems tobe out of control at times. Also need to be more realistic with seasonal work and it's implementation
The Home Depot is a great company to work for. I work on the MET team. It's a merchandising position and we're asked to setup displays, stock, and ensure pricing integrity, but also to back up sales. It's a tremendous amount of work for the minimum+ hourly compensation.
