
When a customer is genuinely appreciative that you have shown them how to do something for themselves.
They try to keep a positive attitude and work hard to find the best ways to represent themselves as approachable to both the public and their employees.
If you do not have a positive attitude you won't have a job for very long. We are there to help people with their needs. Often they are frustrated and the last thing they need from someone is a negative attitude.
It's not necessarily a feeling of being undervalued be the company in particular, but more of the way that the american job market works these days. Companies do not give you a way to retire comfortably these days unless you are a top executive who makes enough money to eventually retire.
