Lies, stress, and poor management. I don't feel like I have any opportunities to advance or grow because if someone who has given 18 years to the company isn't allowed to become a supervisor despite her qualifications because she "cares to much about the team" then why would I have any chance

when we are treated right we are almost always happy and positive and happy to work and help. We are a family that is being kicked by management but most of us stick together.

the people on my team are kind and friendly individuals we are like a family despite how we are discouraged by our higher ups to be. Most of us are hard working and kind people. But we are more and more discouraged by how we are treated by our management.

if the met team was treated fairly and not treated like garbage. We are talked down to and used like tools. Some supervisors and other leadership treats us like robots like they can say and do whatever to us. Im tired of the lies and mistreatment, favoritism, and sexism, they need work.
