I have been able to try new things, adjust working arrangements when needed, grow and help others grow. The pace is fast and change is frequent as we respond to various inputs and challenges but the goals are the same - deliver the best possible customer experience and care for employees.

When I can contribute and help. Learning - in our area, we never stop learning and growing. Having good friends I can talk to even when we are thousands of miles apart. Teamwork!

Besides their obvious competency and focus on community - both in Workday and the communities where we do business - their humanness, empathy, transparency, and ability to bring fun to the corporate world.

We care about each other. We think about how what we do affects our team and other teams. We care about providing great products and service to our customers. We have great leadership who provide direction and inspiration, are there to help and support, but who also allow us freedom to be creative.
