I recently cashed in a 401K policy. The company gives employees success sharing bonuses twice yearly.
The first part of the interview was done online, so it was just answering a few questions at my home. Nice and relaxing, no pressure, no face to face.
Everyone agrees that work should be completed before our shift ends. Everyone works to get all the tasks done. Help is provided if supervisor sees that one or two areas or departments are falling behind.
When I finish an especially difficult task, or complete an area that needed a lot of attention. Also, I am happy if I train someone effectively, or if someone tells me I did a good job on a project.
The leaders have shown concern and leniency when my boyfriend was hospitalized. I take time off of work as needed. They were also supportive and helpful when I wanted to change stores, or go to another job position within the company.
They are extremely nosy, suspicious, and more concerned with how I am doing and what I am doing in my job. They should be paying attention to their own jobs. They should learn to work better as a team. They should respect my experience and let me show them how I get things accomplished.
