1.Hire more people. 2. Incentivise those people to stay with Home Depot. 3. Not be afraid to go against corporate's every whim and foolish idea.
Almost everyone knows what they're job is and how to do it without management or supervisors breathing down their necks. Everybody communicates well and is unafraid to tell people if there's a problem. They're slso mistly friendly to everybody.
