
Better communication between departments and more equal opportunity.
The training received is good, and our diversity is good, with the exception of how a woman gets treated unfairly.
Better communication all the way around and if a rule is put in place, the management team should not show favoritism amongst employees.
How about a job well done once in a while. Management has no problem telling you when you did something wrong, never a job well done.
This company has a large segragation between management and employees. There needs to be communication between all the departments and more incentives for us employees to keep out unions.
