You have a voice. My leadership team always welcomes questions and gives honest answers. You are not ignored just because you are a lower level employee. They consider everyone a part of the team as a whole.

Being about to give suggestions about new features being worked on. And how the entire team works together so well. Management does a great job of hiring workers that will complement the team, and add value. Love it here.

This management team has always had employees in mind when speaking about the future for the company. They understand how important it is for the workers to feel like they are a big part of the future outlook of the company.

The features that are worked are for the benefit of our customers. Everyone works together well, even if we are working cross teams. You never feel silly about asking questions, no mater how simple. And everyone is willing to answer questions

The teams I have been involved in are all about teamwork. We provide a full team look at upcoming features to be released and everyone adds their own suggestions and assist in fully vetting the epic before it is released. We have see GREAT TEAMWORK.

There are those that are in charge of the features we work on, but each member of the team has a voice in what is getting worked on. Everyone agrees the product is ready to be release to our customers, or it doesn't get released.

Managers are invested in the end users as a person not just as an employee. They truly care about the health and welfare of the employees and work with employees when home life needs more attention than work life. They truly care about you as a person not just an employee.
