
People need hope that they will move forward. They do not promote from within.
Coworkers are bright and hard working. Anyone and everyone is willing to pitch in and work extra hours.
Coworkers are great, but management does not think those beneath them work hard. Managers often openly speak poorly of others. Finance department in Salt Lake is toxic.
They often provide a good starting salary, but raises do not happen in this department. Don't expect more than a 3% pay increase, even if you are promoted.
