Kroger has lost its focus on its employees and managers in the stores. No worklife balance, not enough hours given to have enough manpower to make sure the customer has the best experience. It is mentally draining. Overall Kroger is forgetting to appreciate its people and loss sight of its customers

Kroger simply does not care about its employees anymore. Executives and district teams dont say thank you anymore, its only negitive. Constently cuting hours back in stores, even though sales and units are up vs Prior years. they for the customers anymore. Get back into the people busniess.
