I spent years putting in hard work and doing my part and more to make up for the lack of responsibility from management and the company overall. I left the company burned out and fearful of people because of just how horrible the entire experience was despite how much I tried to smile and keep going

Properly staffing stores and alleviating the burden on overworked employees, addressing inventory mismanagement prevalent throughout the entire company, properly dealing with employees including managers who participate in misconduct instead of simply moving them from store to store, and much more.

Hire recruiters with actual professionalism . If they can not conduct interviews without talking down to potential employees, they are not doing their job. Reevaluate what is really being asked of employees and be transparent and honest of what work will be taking place.

Staff the stores properly . Train employees thoroughly. Pay them a wage that incentivizes them to apply and stay at your company. Put a magnifying lens on district managers and those ordering for their districts. Listen to customer and employee concerns as much as investors. Overhaul your management

I did an entire department's worth of work and even that of other departments for the pay of a "lead" while still being expected to do more, having no time for breaks and being talked down to because I "needed to be more of a team player". Also being made to take the blame for management's mistakes

My team had people who did not do their part but at least the ones who did do their part were actual decent and even friendly people. I would like to point out that this is because we all suffered from the same nonsense and were trying our best to make things a little easier for each other.
