Getting paid more, and not being treated like a child in elementary school.

There is hardly any positivity there. Not enough to lavel any one thing as "most positive".
Customers should be valued in ways they will realize, and not obscure "customer first" policies. Employees should also be valued, without succumbing to the needa of the customer.
