It's been wonderful. What else can I say. I love just about every aspect of it, and the things I don't love, are very tolerable, and haven't ever really been an issue.

When I started here, and was trying hard at first, and I had some issues at my manager was very willing to work with me on, and was willing to help in anyway they could. Which was awesome, and the trust they put in me to fix it was amazing, I have never been trusted like this at a company.

I wish sometimes there were more safer places to learn when moving up in the company, and I wish my team could stay out of crunch, when we're finally out, but other than that, I love it, which I think these are just pain point of how fast we expanded as a company. It is a wonderful place overall.

It started great, but pay hasn't kept up with how much work I can do, and I'm less motived to try as hard cause of that. It's hard when I can go make more money anywhere else now (Like actually) The entry level positions need to pay more if you want better retention for them. No way around it.

My team. The bosses and everything are great, but I love the people I interact with each and every day, they're truly some great people here.

They care about us as a person, and are very willing to take the steps necessary to keep us happy with the work we do. (Within reason of course)

The paid time off. It really feels like I can take all the time I need to ensure my mental health is staying up, even through time of stress.

I look forward to seeing them every day. We all get along super well, and it's nice being able to be yourself, and not get judged for it at work.

How asking questions is actually endorsed. I love that if I'm not sure on something, there is no harm in reaching out to someone to make sure I'm not missing anything.

They care. You're not just filling numbers, and making so much money comparatively to what you cost. They want you to grow as a person. They want to make you into the best version of yourself.

The fun. Everyone loves having a good time, and getting work done at the same time, and I love that. Makes every day new, and not just seem like the last day had been copied pasted.

Activities. There are still a few, but it's honestly still not that many compared too when we were in the office, and I miss doing them a lot. Other than that, clocking out for the weekend.

The overtime incentives. I've never been a huge fan, but it's nice having the chance to make some great money whenever we have the work to do. Also, the amount of PTO we get is real nice.

My immediate leaderships team is really good. Always willing to help, nice and very hard workers. But honestly they're the only people I know anymore. I have some new leaders above my direct supervisors that I still have never interacted with.

I do like the community we've built in my department. I think we all work really hard, and it seems like most of us try to have a good time while doing so. The Co-worker here are great, and always have been.

Chatting with my co-workers. I do it all day. just sending one quick message at time, in between things I'm doing, and through out the day I get through multiple conversations with multiple people that're all interesting, and worth my time talking about!

They act like people. You see them mess up, and goofing once in awhile, and it makes me feel less insecure when I mess up, and I can join the jokes with them, and just have fun... At work. Which is the most wonderful thing.

Easily approachable. You don't ever have to be scared to ask any questions. We're all about helping each other out, and having a good time while doing our best work. The team works well to rectify any lapses you have in your knowledge base too!

We have a good time, and we can get a lot of work done at the same time. I have so much fun at work normally, and it really does make me want to put in my highest degree of effort each day to contribute.

The other people. The work is fine for the most part, but that's not what I'm here for at this point. I can deal with the work, and do well at it, but, for example, on Tuesday when we have our activities is when I have the MOST fun.

How everyone is just trying to learn, and abridge gaps in their knowledge, so we can all be the best that we can at our job. So much learning goes on here, and it's not just about work. I've given life advice, and received good advice from many people here.

It's hard to think of something that doesn't make me happy at work honestly. Everything here, from the building, to the people, are just so wonderful! The only thing that doesn't is the actual work, and that's just because it can be mind numbing at time. It's the least boring data entry though.

Free sodas, and snacks. Just kidding, all though that is wonderful, and thoughtful being able to snack at work, the best thing I can personally think of is the growth. There is a ton of moving up that can be done here, and it's wonderful seeing that, and not feeling stuck at the bottom.

They're a ton of things that I love about our leadership team. The best thing I would say though, is how connected they are to us. I used to always feel nervous talking to leadership, but here, the leadership team is so good at connecting, and always crystal clear, with their team, and it's amazing.

I feel like since we haven't been in the office, it has been harder to connect with coworkers, with that said, it's still really easy to connect, and work with all of my coworkers. All of my coworkers are always willing to help me, and always willing to chat and have fun! I miss movie days though.

The PTO, I can't state how nice it is after years of not really having any time off. I feel like I'm not working all the time, and when I'm at work, I've been working harder than ever. Also, having enough PTO to take a real vacation will be a nice thing once we can do that safely.
