I have been fortunate to work alongside some fantastic workmates and I've had the privilege to meet fellow PM's across the globe which has been so beneficial. In 43 years, I have never felt more at home than I do here at Workday, the values mean everything to me, as do my workmates and customers.

They set us apart and have us at the forefront of the business and goals. They were there for us throughout Covid and beyond. They set values which they deliver on, they set us up to succeed in the work we do. They care.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
When I can help customers, whether that is helping them on a support case, providing best practice documentation or delivering a feature which enhances their experience. That's what makes me happy but more recently the tools provided to us which means we can do even more in a fraction of time.

The people-first philosophy is such a strong value, it is embedded in our core. The support we get is without question, the best. Well-being and compensation are key to this, as well as having fun. The company strives to aim high and invest in new technology giving us the leading edge.
