I feel I've made meaningful contributions during my years at Workday. While we "talk the talk" about promoting from within, that has not been my experience in recent years. Good, qualified people here are not give the opportunity to take on new, bigger roles. Outside hires seem preferred.

I feel my salary and bonus plan are fair and in-line with the market. Workday has had a pretty good track record on bonus payouts.

My current team supports each other whenever needed. To me, the key thing is that we execute. Our leader doesn't babysit us, we're professionals - and treated as such.

Helping those that have worked with other systems/solutions understand that "it doesn't have to be that way" -- that Workday has a more modern solution that is better aligned to their needs (today and tomorrow).

Since I joined several years ago, Workday leadership has been consistent in making its employees a priority. The benefits we receive are well above average and I was impressed with how leadership managed things during a challenging period with the COVID pandemic.

We're not a start-up, but act like we are. We all want to win and drive more value to our customers. That being said, leadership enables us to take time off when we need it. I think that makes us even more loyal to Workday.
