Compared to other companies or company standards I feel i am under paid and even if I spend years at this company my career growth feels static! I mainly feel because the upper management has taken it's employees for granted! and hikes are really just a joke

I would like to know that My leaders/Top management knows about what thier employees are facing and let them feel that they are part of the company and they matter! I very much feel that Team in bengaluru or India has been neglected by the top leaders ALL THE TIME!
