Yearly hikes for good performance and hikes for vertical promotions are pathetic.
Not much reward for hardwork, yearly hike is miniscule, dry promotions without substantial rewards
There is no pay transparency, people with less experience and lower Job levels are paid more, experience is not valued much, not much opportunities to grow financially, pay hike for promotions is pathetic.
Inflation is eating away the yearly hikes. Extremely limited opportunities to grow financially despite good and consistent performance, staying loyal and having more experience. Loyalty and performance are not being rewarded and recognised. No reward for good performance.
My overall compensation is terrible. Some of my peers and colleagues who are in lower level than me with less experience are getting paid more. In many cases, Juniors are getting paid more than seniors. The reward structure is deeply flawed.
