I like seeing the results of what I do, whether it is a social media post that did well, or a positive reaction to my internal work from my managers or colleagues.

I really like that most are experts at what they do job-wise, but also that they have other (outside) experiences, whether academic or otherwise, that make for a very interesting combination of people, who can learn from each other.

My team is very welcoming and open. Everyone is very helpful, and is willing to cooperate, contribute, give advice or feedback. We always approach any project with a thorough discussion, and I like it best that we all listen to each others inputs equally, regardless of explicit hierarchy.

As an intern, I appreciate the compensation of travel, and a very fair allowance that is the highest I have seen for internships on the market. It is very motivating, from this perspective, to also do a better job (although, of course, I just want to do a great job anyways).
