Unlimited PTO would better fit the culture, pay is low, WFH should be an option to more employees

I feel like I need to work extra hours to make the salary that I believe would be fair. I feel like I spend more in gas, commuting expenses, time etc. than those who are approved to work full-time from home in the same role.
