
What makes me most happy at work is the sense of accomplishment, and that I get to help make someone's life easier, all-the-while growing my own personal skill set.
My team is not only allowed, but encouraged to find room to innovate, and try new things out. I love that everyone has a can-do attitude, but is allowed the comfortable setting to be able to speak their mind.
Working at HealthStream, you feel like you're in a 'forward thinking' company. People are happy to work, inviting, and non-competitive. I've had multiple co-workers, outside of my department that I've met and sparked a conversation with, that offered their advice and taken time to help me learn.
What I most liked about the interview process, was the interest the interviewee put on what I had in mind for my personal work goals. I got the impression that they cared about what they could do to help me, just as much as what I could do to help them. HealthStream wants employees to grow.
