So much is good. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that a lot of energy is wasted in internal competition between business units.
I've worked in many environments where employees were actively working at cross-purposes, or where management yelled at employees. That type of behavior is unheard of here. We might disagree on how to get there, but everyone wants what's best for the company and our customers.
