I do appreciate my salary and ability to grow.
It was challenging but light-hearted.
I feel supported. They put a heavy emphasis on culture.
Having a some say in the output; working with great people; being paid well to do my job.
We do not have a competitive PTO schedule. We also have a very controlled WFH policy written by people who think they know how teams work.
We have company teams led by employees for events, fitness, education, volunteering, etc. The company hosts many events during the year during company time for us all to kick back.
I get to work with mostly creative and respectful teams. Some of the best people I've ever worked with work here. We are all professionals and do what it takes to get the job done well.
The QA department is not diverse. HR often does not respond to emails or make benefit information readily available. The PTO schedule is lacking and until covid, the ability to work remotely was very structured and controlled without a lot of reason.
