The company mission and values are very strong and in line with my own personal values. The company focuses on making sure they adhere to their mission and vision.
Leadership does not take to the time to get to know the employees or understand what they bring to the company. They tend to think that positive corporate culture is enough to get/retain employees but turnover has been high and most left for a comparable job that paid more.
