Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Company does provide great benefits/perks (e.g. paid time to volunteer and attend DEI workshops, etc). However, the salary and bonus are not comparable to other large organizations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Company definitely emphasizes having a work life balance. The Company encourages participation in volunteering and taking some time from work activities to have fun and connect with colleagues.
