Honestly was about to quit cause of the Canada work force(contractors) and ended up moving to HM rather and since then have been enjoying work again. So its definitely having a good team, which it was while we had our team helping on Create but ever since we gone embedded it wasnt great

So being told I was put up for promotion to the same level I am ,since someone changed my title without my knowledge. Recalling a session where the pay scales was explained. So how would I be paid X amount for level A, being actually level B if the pay scales are setup per level

Again the trust and freedom to get the task done however you see fit, within certain constraints of course, but leaving you to get it done rather than constantly asking whats the progress, etc. If we said 3 days and it takes 4 days then its one of those things, others we score with it only taking 2
