Ability to create my own daily/weekly schedule. In my 24+ years here, I can't think of more than a handful of times when I had to modify my personal schedule to meet someone else's needs.

Respect for individual contributions and perspectives. Variety of people: everyone has a chance to make a unique contribution. It's like we are all in a huge cloud of loose electrons -- each has an opportunity to spark creativity and innovation. We never know where the next big idea will come from.

They communicate with us in a clear & timely manner. While I don't agree with everything they do (and who does?), I believe I understand their decisions. The other thing I really like is their enthusiasm for our products and their respect for the work that we all do to continue to innovate & grow.
