Establish a clear process instead of blaming your newly hired employees for their work errors. You don't even have a QC process in place.
I came from a very good company before this. I switched mainly because I wanted to grow in my role. The leadership I am under don't see you as a person. They're normalizing rudeness and passive aggression.
