More cross training and less favoritism
Work from home is great.
Stop gossiping and back stabbing.
More inclusive and less judgemental.
Low morale because of low pay and secretive behavior.

The men in the company are paid much more than the women. We can not survive on this pay.
I feel undervalued as a woman in this company. I work full-time, however I must rely on government help for some of my basic human needs because this company will not pay a living wage. Benefits are fine, however they do not pay rent or buy food.
Executives have no idea what is going on in the trenches, nor are they interested. They are only interested in the bottom line, revenue. It would be nice if they actually listened to feedback and was empathetic and did something instead of just talking and making empty promises.
