i feel like company is very inclusive and recognizes and celebrates people from all walks of life.

What are some of the best things about your team?
our team works well together. helping each other out when needed but combining our different talents and areas of expertise to get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very transparent with all the happenings within the company. They show a deep appreciation for their employees and make you feel valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of team players. Everyone respects each other and collaborate well together. Each person has their own areas of expertise and we work together to get things done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When comparing the pay for the job positions I've held at the company to other companies with similar jobs Verisys is on the lower end. Some positions I've held don't even pay a living wage.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the amount of PTO provided. When starting with the company you automatically begin accruing what adds up to 3 weeks of PTO. You can earn up to 6 weeks over time.
