Ever since I started at Verisys, I have learned so much. There were days that I felt overwhelmed and wanted to give up but the satisfaction of successfully solving issues overpowers the other issues. Verisys motivates me with learning and taking extra classes to improve myself.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just friendly and gets along.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team figures out root causes and fixes it! We're so great!!!
What makes you most happy at work?
The accomplishments of meeting deadlines and delivering to clients with exceptional quality.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I only pay less than $60 for medical insurance for myself and kids! Amazing!!!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Problem solvers!!! Talk about coming together as a team and making it happen! Leadership is key to this company!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental now covers ortho. The medical benefit is also great and I don't pay much for me and my children.

Everyone just seems so happy even with all the deadlines. We make it happen to deliver on time and still have fun.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They understand the day to day work on what's needed and how manual some processes are and try their best to push for better system.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenges! Not a day goes by there's not something new. I love to investigate issues and what an accomplishment feeling of successfully solving problems.

My team is always jumping in to lend a hand where ever it's needed. When we're pushing for deadlines, we always work as a team to meet it.
