Inclusivity. It's important to me that people feel appreciated and accepted for who they are. Verisys is very good at this.

Difficult to say- on the whole the benefits are good. If I had to choose one piece I'd say the health insurance.

We are always to there to support each other in anyway we can from collaboration on team projects to personal lives. We like each other and we have fun together which makes work more enjoyable.

We pride ourselves on how great the culture is and take responsibility to support that. It's easy to say to say that company culture is fun, inclusive, and supportive of the whole individual but it takes commitment from the teams to make it happen.
