I dont believe that I am paid well enough considering what we do.

i just think the hourly wage vs work load is out of balance.

It feels like family. You don't have to worry as much about cliques and childish arguing.

I love that they really help with the work/life issues and the assistance they provide in helping them balance.

my direct leadership honestly cares about each employee and does everything in their power to keep us balanced and happy.

I think, after working in the field for 20 plus years, the starting pay here is a bit low comparatively.

We work hard but we play hard too. We always have time for team building and social hours to keep us connected.

I love how they have an open door policy and are always open to hearing our feedback. Our leaders care about us.

Although we are remote, we are a close knit group and we all really care about each other. If you need help, it will always be there.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Starting pay is way low, they compare it to other entry level data entry jobs and this is not a data entry job. It is extremely intense research and problem solving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the job we do, the risk to providers and the intensity of the position as far as this is NOT entry level data entry, we should make more an hour than most fast food places(HR said we could go there). Our Insurance has high deductibles and the pharmacy provider denies everything they can.
