I was hired on temporarily and not sure if I will have a permanent position in the future. The training was way less than stellar. I referred my sister to get a job here as well and her training was worse than mine. Luckily she had me to help her otherwise she would have just quit. Get on training.

You cannot move up unless you are personally known and liked by the hiring person. You are stuck at the same pay for years.

It allows me to work from home.

Better pay. Better programs to use. Bring the company up to current technology practices.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rules and processes are not clearly written and need to be updated by a woman. Not an angry man who has been here forever.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think this company needs to do an assessment test before hiring people that can barely put a sentence together or who cannot even pronounce Illinois.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay increases by cents every year and with the cost of living increases, it does not match. I have consistently gone into debt working here because I can't survive.
