Hire the right people by scores on the questions. Make sure its conducted by qualified people. Not people that you liked and put them into role that have zero clue.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything is pointing out the obvious and negative. No leaders in place that can teach how to fix or grow. All pointing out what they were taught to point out with no real feedback. Just fix it
